If I wean the kids and DON'T get pregnant? I will be heartbroken and may not forgive...something...whatever is handy.
I am not ready to wean my 2 and 2 3/4 year old kids. NOT READY. When they ask and I give them ten seconds, counted down, so they feel the connection without causing let-down? INSUFFICIENT. Kills me every time. Just for the record.

I say do it when you are all ready. They're not going to want to do it forever, and neither will you.
If #3 is meant to be then it'll happen 6 months or a year from now.
Just my two cents of course ;c ))
Here's a different take. If you don't do everything you can to make it work now, you might be left wondering what would have happened IF. Tough one, but during the 2 years of IF, that often kept me going. At least I was doing everything I knew how to make it work, so I would have no regrets.
Hope it gets easier though. And heck -- should have the knock-on effect of more sleep for you. But I'm fanatical about sleep, as you know ;-)
